钢筋连接套筒定义

1、钢筋机械连接rebar mechanical splicing

通过钢筋与套筒的机械咬合作用或钢筋端面的承压作用,将一根钢筋中的力传递至另一根钢筋的连接方法。

 2、套筒coupler

可传递钢筋轴向拉力或压力的钢筋机械连接用钢套管。

3、螺纹套筒threaded coupler

可与钢筋螺纹连接的内孔呈螺纹的套筒。

4、直螺纹套筒parallel threaded coupler

内孔为直螺纹的螺纹套筒。

5、镦粗直螺纹套筒parallel threaded coupler for splicing rebars with upsetting end

可与钢筋端部镦粗段螺纹连接的直螺纹套筒。

6、剥肋滚轧直螺纹套筒parallel threaded coupler for splicing rebarswith rib stripped before rlling

可与钢筋端部剥肋袭轧螺纹连接的直螺纹套筒。

8、锥螺纹套筒。taper threaded coupler

可与钢筋锥螺纹连接的内孔为锥螺纹的螺纹套筒。

内孔为光孔用于带肋钢筋挤压连接的套筒

10、直螺纹标准型套筒standard coupler for parallel threaded splicing of rebars

全长呈相同右旋直螺纹的套筒。

11、锥螺纹标准型套筒s landard coupler for taper threaded splicing of rebap

套筒两端呈相同右旋锥螺纹的套筒。

全长呈相同内径和壁厚用于挤压标准型接头的套筒。

13异径型套筒

两端内径不同用于不同直径钢筋连接的套筒。

一端有便于钢筋对中的内倒角而长度比标准型套筒加长的直螺纹套筒。

具有与被检螺纹相--致的螺纹牙型，能反映被检内螺纹边界条件的测量器具。

检查内直螺纹最小边界条件的螺纹塞规。
